“I Choose"

Suzin Carr and her son Chandler joined us to talk about their book, “I Choose”. We had a reading by the author and a walk through of the printing process. For more information go to www.illuminatedpublishing.com. You can order the book online at amazon, just search for “I Choose”. Suzin wrote the book and was attempting to illustrate it when her son Chandler said he could draw better than that. So the words belong to Suzin and the pictures to Chandler.

The club also finalized the distribution of over $7000 in funds raised over the year. Beneficiaries include Lopez Veterans Home, Migrant Ministries, Boy Scout Troop 12, Pine View Middle School,FAAST, Pace Center for Girls, Self Reliance, Trinity Cafe, and Support Our Troops.
